Together with my son, I own and operate Quote's Jungle, LLC, the premier private fitness and athletic training facility in the Denver area.  Our Personal Trainers are exceptional, and our clients have access to equipment and training not available in the "big box" gyms.

I also have a home based business, or do-it-anywhere-I-choose business.  Nutrition with a healthy lifestyle (including diet) has been a passion all of my adult life.  That knowledge has been vital in navigating the chaos (aka pandemic panic) of the past two years without anxiety or isolation.  I teach others how they can do the same and build an "extra income" business.
